Job summary

Hirehub Group is seeking a Pre-Sales Solution Architect in Klang, Selangor. You will translate customer requirements into technical solutions, design end-to-end architectures, and prepare tender documents and proposals.

You will work closely with Sales, Engineering and Delivery teams to ensure feasibility and alignment with project goals. The role requires fluent English, strong communication skills and willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in a technical field (Electrical/IT/Telecom).
• 3–5 years in pre-sales, solution architecture or related roles.
• Hands-on data center project experience preferred.
• Able to prepare proposals, tender responses and technical docs.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to capture business and technical requirements.
• Develop end-to-end architectures and technical proposals.
• Prepare pre-sales materials, RFP/RFQ responses and presentations.
• Lead technical discussions with customers, consultants and partners.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Project and Delivery teams.
• Present solutions and ensure feasibility against project needs.
• Travel for customer meetings, site visits and activities as needed.
• Support tender evaluation, negotiation and clarifications.
• Contribute to other pre-sales duties as assigned.
