Job summary

Concentrix in Kuala Lumpur (Nu Sentral) seeks professionals for channel sales and partner engagement in cloud solutions. The role focuses on sourcing opportunities, recruiting partners, and driving end-to-end sales. Onsite in KL with typical 9am–6pm hours, supporting Mandarin-speaking customers and English communications.

Ideal candidates have 3–4 years in cloud/software sales, a business/IT degree, and strong communication skills to manage partner and customer relationships effectively.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years minimum experience in similar roles (Cloud/Software Sales preferred).
• Diploma/Degree in Business/ Marketing/IT or an equivalent discipline.
• Sound knowledge/passion in IT industry/products/solutions preferred.
• Experience in vendor management in IT distribution is an asset.
• Must be able to search out business leads.
• Strong team player and customer oriented.
• Creative with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining high attention to detail.
• Language Skills: Mandarin fluently and English能力.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing new sales opportunities through lead follow-up and outbound calls/emails.
• Drive partner recruitment & growth; promote sales programs for partners.
• Engage partners to drive end-to-end sales in the region.
• Drive registrations to marketing campaigns/webinars for cloud solutions.
• Channel sales, channel recruitment & opportunity progression.
• Maximize sales opportunities from the existing partner ecosystem.
• Engage with existing partners and end customers where applicable.
• Add/maintain contact database for respective segments as needed.
