AGENSI PEKERJAAN TRUST RECRUIT SDN. BHD. is seeking an Enterprise Sales Account Manager to drive new business and manage enterprise IT solutions. The role focuses on a hunter mindset, building long-term client partnerships and revenue optimization across key verticals.

You will leverage an established network to engage C-suite stakeholders, coordinate with pre-sales and delivery teams, and execute value-based selling to win large accounts in a competitive tech market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, software engineering or international business.
• 5–6 years of B2B IT sales / corporate account management experience.
• Established network across BFSI, Retail, Manufacturing or Professional Services.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or HubSpot and forecasting tools.
• Strong presentation, communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and close new enterprise accounts to expand market footprint.
• Develop strategic sales plans and maintain a robust pipeline to meet targets.
• Manage renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
• Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, marketing and customer success teams.
• Provide accurate sales forecasting and maintain CRM records.
