Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in IT support, pre-sales, or technical roles
• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
• Strong interest in business development and client engagement
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Good understanding of workplace solutions (Microsoft 365, VDI, endpoint devices)

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing solution proposals and costings for tenders and RFPs
• Coordinate with technical teams to tailor solutions to customer requirements
• Engage with vendors and partners to gather product details and pricing
• Follow up with prospective leads and maintain engagement with existing clients
