Job summary

Exabytes Network Sdn Bhd in Penang is seeking an Enterprise Sales & Account Manager to expand our partner network and drive revenue growth. You will generate new opportunities, manage inquiries, and build strong post-sale relationships.

The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of sales and technology experience, strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to upsell and cross-sell. We offer a rewarding remuneration structure with commissions and attractive benefits.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in business or IT with proficiency in English.
• 2–3 years of sales and technology experience encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for client interactions.
• Experience handling customer inquiries through live simulations or real scenarios.
• Upselling and cross-selling to increase customer value.

Responsibilities

• Explore and expand partnerships for growth and revenue.
• Handle incoming inquiries via helpdesk and phone support.
• Maintain customer success and post-sale relationships.
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
• Collect and consolidate sales data; develop weekly reports and dashboards.
• Plan and coordinate travel to visit partners and pursue opportunities.
