Exabytes in Penang, Malaysia, is seeking an Enterprise Sales & Account Manager to grow our partner network and drive revenue. You will explore partnerships, respond to inquiries, and manage post-sale relationships while identifying upsell opportunities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in business or IT with good English.
• 2–3 years of sales and technology experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience handling customer inquiries and live simulations.
• Upselling and cross-selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Expand partnerships to drive revenue growth.
• Respond to customer inquiries via Helpdesk and phone.
• Build and maintain post-sale relationships; identify upsell opportunities.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Prepare weekly sales reports and dashboards.
• Plan and coordinate travel to visit partners and pursue opportunities.
