Job summary

Legrand Group Brands (M) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an Enterprise & Technical Sales professional to manage and expand strategic domestic and global key accounts in the Data Center market. You will drive revenue growth, coordinate with internal teams, and develop strategic relationships with large enterprises, colocation providers and hyperscale data centers.

You will work with Engineering, Marketing and Project Delivery teams to create end-to-end Data Center solutions, identify cross-selling

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, IT or related field.
• Minimum 3 years' B2B Sales or Business Development experience.
• Experience in infrastructure, IT or electrical industries is preferred.
• Understanding of enterprise buying cycles and account management.
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Data Center infrastructure experience is a must.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow strategic/key customer accounts.
• Develop account plans and achieve revenue growth.
• Identify new business, cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable Data Center solutions.
• Work with Engineering, Marketing and Project Delivery teams to develop end-to-end solutions.
• Build relationships with consultants, contractors and channel partners to influence specifications and win projects.
• Monitor market trends, competitors and customer feedback.
• Prepare sales proposals and lead commercial negotiations and contract closures.
• Maintain sales pipeline, forecasting and management reporting.
