Job summary

Zohorecruit in Malaysia seeks an experienced Enterprise Sales professional to manage and grow domestic and global key accounts, including Large Enterprises, Colocation Providers and hyperscalers. You will drive strategic engagement across our data center solutions portfolio, from racking to cooling, in data center environments.

The role requires a proven track record in B2B enterprise sales, ability to lead account plans, and collaboration with solution engineering, marketing and delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, IT or related field.
• Minimum 4 years B2B sales or business development experience in infra, IT or electrical domains.
• Strong understanding of enterprise buying cycles and account management.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to own transport and travel outstation.
• Ability to communicate with English and Chinese speaking customers.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage strategic relationships with large enterprise customers, colocation operators, and hyperscalers.
• Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth across product lines.
• Collaborate with solution engineering, marketing and delivery teams on end-to-end infra solutions.
• Conduct detailed customer needs analysis and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, feedback and competitor offerings to fine-tune strategy.
• Coordinate with channel partners, consultants and contractors to influence specs and project wins.
• Provide accurate sales forecasting, pipeline updates, and reporting.
• Lead commercial negotiations, proposals and contract closures.
