Job summary

Astro Malaysia is seeking a proactive Sales & Distribution Manager to oversee dealers and sales channels across Penang. You will drive profitability, manage a dealer portal integration, and align field operations with corporate goals.

You'll own initiatives such as the New Sales/Dealer Portal, SFA/CPQ integration, and a structured Enterprise Sales academy. The role focuses on increasing share of wallet, optimizing costs, and delivering measurable performance.

Responsibilities

• To managed overall dealers & sales distribution framework based on staffs / dealers profitability, performance
• To own, develop and managed “New sales / dealer portal” and integration of SFA / CPQ platform / Check in & check out performance
• To increase own and managed day to day operations of sales distribution via dealers and sales agency typle model for both CE & Hotel
• To own and take accountability of Enterprise Sales academy
• Review staffs / dealers profitability to ensure optimize performance & cost.
