Job summary

Astro Malaysia is seeking a seasoned sales operations professional to oversee dealers and the sales distribution framework, optimizing profitability and performance across the network. You will own and develop the New sales / dealer portal and integrate SFA/CPQ platforms, with check-in/check-out performance.

You will drive day-to-day operations via dealers and sales agencies, implement a tiered distribution model for CE and Hotel channels, and lead the Enterprise Sales academy while reviewing

Responsibilities

• To managed overall dealers & sales distribution framework based on staffs / dealers profitability, performance
• To own, develop and managed “ New sales / dealer portal” and integration of SFA / CPQ platform / Check in & check out performance
• To increase own and managed day to day operations of sales distribution via dealers and sales agency typle model for both CE & Hotel
• To own and take accountability of Enterprise Sales academy
• Review staffs / dealers profitability to ensure optimize performance & cost.
• Managed key portfolio CE & Hotel accts to ensure increase share of wallet & stickiness
