Job summary

IKARI SHODOKU MALAYSIA SDN BHD is seeking an Account Management professional to drive end-to-end success for key project-based enterprise accounts. You will liaise between clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders to turn ambitious goals into flawless deliverables, with high visibility and executive mentorship.

The role involves managing existing accounts, attending project meetings, on-site visits, and expanding the portfolio with new products.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Business Management or similar qualification.
• Minimum 2 years pest control working experience.
• Possess Pesticide Applicator License (PAL).
• Possess own transport (car), willing to travel and attend site visits and meetings with clients.
• Organized, detail-oriented, strong communicator and adaptable problem solver, resilient under pressure with a proactive mindset to tackle challenges as they arise.
• Able to speak and write in good English and BM.
• Ability to speak Japanese or Mandarin to liaise with Japanese or Chinese customer is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing customer accounts and handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Attend project meetings and prepare quotations and inspection reports
• Conduct on-site services at customer premises
• Provide pest control solutions, sanitization, and hygiene services and products to clients
• Implement business plans with proper market development strategy
• Expand existing client portfolio through new products and services
• Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
