Job summary

IKARI SHODOKU MALAYSIA SDN BHD seeks a proactive Account Management professional to drive end-to-end service for key enterprise accounts. You will coordinate between clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders to turn project goals into flawless deliverables, with high visibility and mentorship.

This role offers a path to full project ownership in a dynamic environment, ideal for someone who thrives on turning client visions into successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Science or Business Management or similar qualification.
• 2 years pest control experience preferred; fresh science graduates welcome.
• Pesticide Applicator License (PAL) preferred.
• Must have own transport and be willing to travel for site visits.
• Organized, detail-oriented, strong communicator with proactive problem-solving.
• Proficient in English and BM (spoken and written).
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Japanese or Mandarin language ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing customer accounts and handle inquiries/complaints.
• Attend project meetings and prepare quotations and inspection reports.
• Conduct on-site services at customer premises.
• Provide pest control, sanitization, and hygiene solutions to clients.
• Implement business plans with market development strategies.
• Expand client portfolio with new products and services.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
