POMEN AutoData Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Key Account Manager to develop and execute tailored account strategies, growing and retaining enterprise clients. You will be the main contact for key clients, coordinating with technical, product and operations teams to ensure seamless implementations, successful renewals and measurable KPI-driven performance.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute tailored account strategies to grow and retain key enterprise clients.
Act as the main point of contact for key clients—ensuring seamless communication, system rollouts, and stakeholder engagement.
Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities across POMEN’s ecosystem and its partner's solutions.
Collaborate with technical, product, and operations teams to ensure successful implementation and support.
Lead client renewals, proposals, presentations, and performance reviews with measurable KPIs.
Monitor account health, usage, and profitability through CRM and regular reporting.
Represent POMEN at industry expos, demos, and client workshops.
