Job summary

Ark De Glory in Selangor is seeking a dedicated Reception team member for a full-time role. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a professional experience and smooth communications across departments.

The role requires strong communication and organisational skills, with a focus on accuracy, discretion, and a friendly, welcoming demeanor to support a positive office environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with visitors and stakeholders.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities to multitask in a busy office.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer literacy.
• Experience in a reception or similar customer-facing administrative role is preferred.
• Attention to detail and discretion in handling information.

Responsibilities

• Greeting visitors, clients and stakeholders with warmth and professionalism.
• Managing incoming telephone calls and directing them appropriately.
• Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments and conference room bookings.
• Maintaining visitor logs and keeping the reception area welcoming and organised.
• Responding to written enquiries via email and other channels promptly.
• Providing administrative support to various departments as required.
• Handling mail distribution and secure document management.
• Supporting day-to-day office operations and special events.
• Assisting with basic office tasks such as photocopying, filing and data entry.
