Job summary

TNG Digital Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Associate Specialist, End User Computing to oversee IT assets and the full lifecycle from receipt to disposal. You will coordinate with Procurement, Finance, Legal, and vendors to ensure compliant terms and timely purchases.

Qualifications

5+ years of relevant experience in IT Asset Control, IT Operations, or IT Helpdesk.
Strong reporting and presentation skills.
Knowledge of regulations and standards related to IT operations.

Responsibilities

Manage IT assets and update inventory records to ensure accuracy.
Oversee full lifecycle of IT assets from receipt to disposal including tagging, deployment, transfer and write-offs.
Conduct regular asset audits and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate purchases with Tech division and Procurement, tracking delivery status and contracts.
Plan IT CAPEX and OPEX including budgeting and forecasting.
Manage user access, onboarding, resignations, and housekeeping of access rights.
Document policies, asset records, forms, and guidelines; prepare regular asset/procurement reports.
