NUGEN COMMUNICATION SDN BHD is seeking a motivated IT-literate professional to manage in-house IT assets and systems, oversee software projects, and collaborate with clients and colleagues. The role combines technical expertise with strong interpersonal skills to sustain robust IT operations and deliver exceptional service.

The ideal candidate will handle asset lifecycle planning, project management, and IT infrastructure support, while contributing to reports and proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a closely related field.
• Experience in IT hardware, software and network support.
• Basic knowledge of IT asset management and inventory.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to prepare reports and proposals.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with different departments.
• Good understanding of project management; experience with project management tools is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn and explore new ICT technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software, scripts and automation to improve efficiency.
• Manage and maintain IT assets including hardware, software licenses and peripherals with proper lifecycle planning.
• Manage and support the Company's IT infrastructure including servers, networks, workstations, security and backups.
• Plan and manage software and IT projects.
• Provide IT recommendations and support Management in technology decisions.
• Manage IT vendors, costs and future technology requirements.
