Job summary

KUMPULAN VOIR SDN BHD in Malaysia is seeking an entry-level IT support specialist to help manage IT assets and provide frontline assistance to users across hardware, software, and network issues. You will maintain inventory, record incidents, and assist with basic LAN/Wi‑Fi troubleshooting, deployments, testing, and implementation activities to keep our shops and offices running smoothly.

Join a fashion retail group with multiple brands and outlets; training is provided and you will work closely

Qualifications

Providing frontline IT support to users for hardware, software, network, and system issues.
Maintaining an inventory of IT hardware, software and assets.
Assist with LAN/Wi-Fi troubleshooting and basic maintenance.
Record and track IT support incidents and resolutions.
Support system development, deployment, testing and implementation activities.

Responsibilities

Provide first-level IT support to users for hardware, software, network, and system issues.
Maintain an inventory of IT hardware, software, and IT assets.
Assist with basic maintenance and troubleshooting of LAN, Wi-Fi, network devices, and internet connectivity.
Record and track IT support incidents and resolutions.
Follow up on system development, implementation, testing, and deployment activities.
