Job summary

Wawasan Gas Sdn. Bhd. in Miri is seeking a proactive Commercial Operations Executive to support end-to-end commercial activities.

You will manage tender participation, quotation preparation, sales orders, contract administration, procurement coordination, and invoicing support to ensure smooth project execution from inquiry to completion. The role requires strong attention to detail, solid knowledge of procurement tools, and the ability to coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in commercial operations, procurement, and contract administration.
• Oil & Gas or EPC sector experience is advantageous.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor tender portals and procurement platforms for opportunities.
• Review RFQs, ITTs and tenders; coordinate submissions.
• Prepare quotations and process sales orders.
• Maintain contract records and project documentation.
• Support delivery documentation and invoicing.
• Generate reports and support process improvements.
