Job summary

Wawasan Gas Sdn. Bhd. in Masai, Johor Bahru is seeking an Operations Assistant to support daily operations and sales activities. You will prepare quotations, process orders, coordinate deliveries, and liaise with local and overseas suppliers in English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business/Logistics or related field.
• Fresh graduates encouraged; relevant experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP exposure a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations and assist sales in orders.
• Coordinate deliveries and confirm POs.
• Source local and overseas suppliers; obtain quotes.
• Liaise with China/Europe suppliers on enquiries and schedules.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders for shipments.
• Track orders and update the Sales Team.
• Maintain ERP records (AutoCount) accurately.
• Work with Sales, Warehouse, Finance, and Projects.
• Assist in inventory coordination and stock replenishment.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance.
