Job summary

Wawasan Gas Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an Operations Executive to support the Operations Manager in daily activities, sales support, procurement, and logistics coordination.

The role requires liaising with customers, suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and timely deliveries. Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential due to frequent communication with overseas suppliers from China and Europe.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in operations, procurement, logistics, order processing, or sales support.
• Experience in industrial trading, manufacturing, Oil & Gas, or related industries is an advantage.
• Experience coordinating suppliers, logistics providers, and customers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Operations Manager in daily operational activities and sales support functions.
• Coordinate procurement, supplier communications, and purchase orders.
• Track orders, manage logistics arrangements, and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Maintain ERP records, prepare reports, and assist in project coordination.
• Communicate with overseas suppliers, especially China and Europe, in Mandarin and English.
