Job summary

NIQ in Malaysia is seeking an Employee Experience Intern to support initiatives aimed at enhancing HR processes and employee experience. This role offers exposure to various Employee Experience and HR operations processes while contributing to continuous improvement.

You will develop an understanding of HR processes, map local Employee Experience workflows for efficiency, analyze existing procedures, and propose simplifications, digitization, and automation.

Qualifications

• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Develop an understanding of various Employee Experience and HR processes.
• Assist in documenting and mapping multiple local Employee Experience processes to identify efficiencies and standardization opportunities.
• Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements through simplification, digitization, and automation.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather data, obtain insights, and support process alignment across teams.
• Support the implementation and adoption of new government-mandated benefits and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare process documentation, and presentations as required.
• Provide administrative and ad hoc support for Employee Experience and HR initiatives.
