NIQ is seeking an Employee Experience Intern to assist in enhancing HR processes and experiences. You will support process mapping, data gathering, and ongoing improvements across Employee Experience initiatives in a dynamic environment.
You will work with HR stakeholders, help document procedures, and contribute to regulatory and benefits implementations while developing a strong foundation in HR operations and analytics.

As an Employee Experience Intern, you will support initiatives aimed at enhancing Employee Experience processes. This role offers exposure to various Employee Experience and HR operations processes while contributing to continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Develop an understanding of various Employee Experience and HR processes.
Assist in documenting and mapping multiple local Employee Experience processes to identify efficiencies and standardization opportunities.
Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements through simplification, digitization, and automation.
Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather data, obtain insights, and support process alignment across teams.
Support the implementation and adoption of new government-mandated benefits and regulatory requirements.
Prepare process documentation, and presentations as required.
Provide administrative and ad hoc support for Employee Experience and HR initiatives.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Eagerness to learn HR processes and contribute to employee experience improvements.
