Job summary

EPOS is seeking a motivated HR Intern in Malaysia to support daily HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement while contributing to meaningful people initiatives within a growing SE Asia team, under mentorship from experienced HR professionals.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, gain practical experience, and develop skills in Microsoft Office while assisting the HR group in delivering a smooth employee experience from onboarding to offboarding.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Diploma or Bachelor's in HR, Business Administration or Psychology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, responsible and eager to learn.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Support the HR team in daily HR operations and administrative tasks
• Assist with recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, interview scheduling
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
• Assist with employee engagement activities and company events
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team when required

We are looking for an HR Intern to support the Human Resources Team in day-to-day HR operations, recruitment activities, employee engagement, and administrative initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the HR team in daily HR operations and administrative tasks
• Assist with recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, interview scheduling
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
• Assist with employee engagement activities and company events
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team when required

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Physcology or a related field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, responsible and willing to learn
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
