Responsibilities

• Employee Lifecycle & HR Operations Support: onboarding, employee movements, and offboarding activities.
• HR Systems & People Analytics: maintain accurate data across HR systems, generate HR reports, dashboards and workforce metrics.
• Employee Experience & Engagement: respond to employee inquiries, plan and coordinate engagement and wellness initiatives, assist in internal communications.
• Compliance & Continuous Improvement: ensure records are maintained per policy and identify process improvements.
• Contribute to projects supporting evolution of HR practices and employee experience initiatives.
