Job summary

WorldFirst is seeking a Partnerships Manager to acquire, manage, and activate partner relationships across Africa and South Asia. You will drive referrals, onboard partners, and promote WorldFirst products to a diverse partner network.

The role requires international experience, knowledge of cross-border payments, and the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels to achieve ambitious targets.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of cross-border payments partnerships experience.
• Experience selling fintech/tech solutions to ecommerce/import-export ecosystems.
• Ability to work across organizational boundaries and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage partner network across Africa & South Asia.
• Drive referrals and onboarding of partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams on onboarding and activation.
• Promote WorldFirst products to partners and clients.
• Attend trade shows, partner webinars and marketing activities.
