Job summary

Nordicrecruiters is seeking a Business Development Manager focused on Asia markets to drive growth and build strategic partnerships across the region. You will recruit and manage partners, affiliates, and introducers, crafting growth strategies to expand market presence and revenue.

This senior role offers autonomy, regional visibility, and opportunities to influence expansion in a high-growth region. You will travel as needed and collaborate with Marketing, Compliance, and Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field.
• 5+ years in business development, partnerships or affiliate management.
• Experience with Asian markets or digital/tech sectors preferred.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Map and engage potential partners across Asia.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for client acquisition and revenue growth.
• Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders and partners for long-term collaboration.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings in the region.
• Monitor market trends and regulatory changes; report insights to leadership.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Compliance, Operations for partner onboarding.
