Job summary

United Overseas Bank (Malaysia) Bhd is seeking a Manager, Account Relationship Manager for Emerging Enterprise to strengthen SME client relationships and drive banking solutions. The role emphasizes building networks, credit evaluation, and achieving sales targets within banking products and services.

The candidate should have 5+ years in B2C sales, preferably in banking retail products with mortgage experience, and strong communication skills. This is an onsite role based at Jalan Othman.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in business-to-consumer sales with proven track record.
• Sales experience in Banking Retail Products preferably in mortgage sales will be an added advantage.
• Experience and exposure in credit marketing with good credit knowledge is preferred and will be an added advantage.
• Wide network of SME business contacts and possesses good business acumen.
• Excellent listening, oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships and maximize SME clients' use of banking facilities per standards.
• Perform credit evaluations and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to branch profitability through banking products.
