United Overseas Bank (Malaysia) Bhd is seeking a Senior Business Development professional to drive corporate client acquisition and relationship management. You will create and execute strategies, engage clients through multiple channels, and tailor banking solutions including trade, cash management, and lending.

In this role you will collaborate with product and credit teams, maintain a healthy sales pipeline, and represent UOB at industry events to strengthen brand presence.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years in business development or sales in banking/financial services.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of corporate banking products.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute business development strategies to acquire corporate clients.
• Prospect and engage potential clients via multiple channels.
• Perform needs assessments and propose tailored banking solutions.
• Present proposals and negotiate terms with clients.
• Collaborate with product and credit teams to deliver onboarding.
• Forecast sales and maintain a strong pipeline.
• Represent UOB at conferences and industry events.
