Job summary

2201 United Overseas Bank (Malaysia) Bhd seeks a senior sales leader to drive SME and emerging enterprise growth. You will translate Head Office strategies into area and branch plans, analyze market trends, and lead sales, marketing, and customer outreach initiatives.

Collaborate with Credit, Product and Operations to ensure seamless execution, build partnerships, and develop a high-performing sales team. You will recruit, coach, and manage staff to meet ambitious targets while upholding risk

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Economics, or related discipline.
7–10 years experience in SME, Emerging Enterprise, or Commercial Banking.
Proven track record in sales leadership and portfolio growth.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Experience collaborating with Credit, Product and Operations teams.

Responsibilities

Identify emerging enterprise opportunities and develop growth strategies.
Translate Head Office direction into effective area and branch-level plans.
Lead execution of sales strategies, marketing initiatives, and customer outreach activities.
Build and manage partnerships with external stakeholders (corporates, developers, business associates, professional firms).
