Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, finance, economics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in business development, sales, or relationship management within banking/financial services.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of corporate banking products (trade finance, cash management, corporate lending, treasury).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; ability to articulate complex financial concepts.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven, with ability to work independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to acquire new corporate and institutional clients.
• Identify and engage potential clients through market research, networking events, and direct outreach.
• Conduct needs assessments and financial analyses to tailor banking solutions (corporate finance, trade finance, cash management, treasury).
• Prepare and present proposals and pitches to prospective clients.
• Negotiate terms and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with product specialists and credit teams to deliver integrated solutions and onboarding.
• Maintain a strong pipeline and forecast progress against targets.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
