Job summary

Hatch Asia in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Key Account Manager to drive growth in the Electronics sector across SEA. You will manage key accounts, identify opportunities, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver value to clients.

The role requires at least 5 years of industrial B2B sales experience, with a focus on electronics, and fluency in Korean for regional liaison. You will lead negotiations and shape strategic account plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree majoring in Business Administration, Economics, Chemistry, Engineering or equivalent professional qualification.
• At least 5 years of working experience within industrial B2B Sales/Business development, with preferably 2 years focused in Electronics.
• Fluency in Korean required for regional liaison with the Korean market.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales initiatives to drive growth in Electronics.
• Collaborate with cross-border teams on pricing strategies, product specification and supply chain management.
• Analyze market/competition activities and industry requirements to sustain long-term growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within accounts.
• Negotiate and close deals with customers.
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute projects and ensure timelines and deliverables.
• Provide regular reports and forecasts to senior management on key account performance and growth potentials.
• Identify new business opportunities and build plans to capitalize on them.
