Hatch Asia in Malaysia is seeking an exceptional sales professional to lead a team of sales engineers, build a dynamic sales pipeline, and drive revenue growth across electronics, medical research, renewable energy, and related industries.

Responsibilities include developing new customer leads, presenting our product range, negotiating contracts, coordinating with marketing for events, and maintaining accurate CRM records to report performance and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics, engineering or related field.
• Basic knowledge of machinery that is engine & electric motor driven.
• Experience in rental equipment for industrial use.
• Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
• Quick with internet and online resource tools.
• With excellent communication skills, selling practices and techniques.
• Able to make cold call to new potential customers.

Responsabilités

• Develop new customer leads and achieve sales goals.
• Set up a sales pipeline and monitor market trends.
• Prepare sales activity reports weekly and plan actions.
• Coordinate with marketing for events, webinars.
• Present products to potential and existing customers.
