Job summary

Hunters International Sdn Bhd is seeking a Head of Sales – Electronics (S.E.A, Korea and Japan) to shape and execute the regional business line strategy, drive revenue growth, and oversee P&L for electronics.

You will lead regional sales teams, collaborate with product, marketing and cross-functional partners, identify opportunities across computing, communications, consumer, industrial and automotive electronics, and travel frequently to grow key accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Chemistry; MBA preferred.
• Experience across Electronics market segments: Computing, Communications, Consumer, Industrial, Automotive.
• Knowledge of adhesives, conformal coatings, potting resins, and electronics assembly processes.
• Deep understanding of the local market and competitive landscape.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth.
• Strong leadership and ability to develop a sales team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with MS Office, CRM, and SAP; able to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute the country-level sales strategy for Electronics SEAKJ regions.
• Identify market trends and opportunities; expand market share.
• Lead and coach regional sales teams; drive targets and performance.
• Represent products with a clear value proposition to customers.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and reporting of sales activities.
• Ensure CRM processes are implemented and followed.
