Xiaomi Technology is seeking a regional Operations Manager for Malaysia to lead Xiaomi Stores and Authorized Stores across the region. You will drive sales plans, oversee campaigns, and enhance brand presence while coordinating with retailers and partners to support business growth.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in retail with regional management experience, a bachelor's degree, and strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or above required.
• Minimum 3 years of retail industry experience and at least 2 years of regional management experience; consumer electronics background preferred.
• Familiarity with international retail operation models; proven regional business development and management success.

Responsabilidades

• Area Operations & Coordination: Lead Xiaomi Stores and Authorized Stores operations regionally; drive sales plans and market share growth.
• Operational Excellence: Implement daily standards, oversee marketing campaigns and promotions, enhance brand image.
• Team Leadership & Development: Manage regional teams, provide training and mentorship, build talent pipeline.
• Retailer & Partner Communication: Maintain relations with national new retail platform and regional partners.
• Store Planning & Expansion: Lead regional store planning and expansion initiatives with store development team.
