Xiaomi Technology in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to drive performance across our retail locations in Johor Bahru. You will partner with store managers and retail partners to enhance operations, boost sales, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You will lead store operations, formulate sales plans, supervise product displays to VM standards, and coordinate with headquarters to implement company strategies. Location: City Square Mall, Johor Bahru.

Formación

• 3–5 years' experience in retail store operations or retail management.
• Solid understanding of retail KPIs, merchandising practices, and customer engagement.
• Strong team leadership and people management skills.
• Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to retail performance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Drive performance across multiple retail locations and meet sales targets.
• Collaborate with store managers and retailers on store operations and management.
• Formulate sales plans and lead retailer teams to achieve tasks from the company.
• Coordinate with platform and headquarters to implement company strategies.
• Supervise product turnover and ensure VM-compliant displays.
• Oversee customer service, handle complaints, and ensure satisfaction.
• Recruit and train store staff, ensuring adequate resources and motivation.
