Xiaomi Technology in Malaysia is seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to lead sales operations across a designated region within the country. You will develop regional sales strategies, manage store and channel performance, and drive revenue growth while strengthening Xiaomi’s market presence.

The role requires steering multi-channel sales, delivering growth targets, and mentoring regional teams. You will work closely with marketing, product, and finance to ensure successful product launches

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience with at least 2 years in a managerial or regional leadership role
• Proven track record in consumer electronics or retail industry preferred
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent judgment, communication, and negotiation skills; ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
• Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage
