Xiaomi Technology in Malaysia is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead sales strategy and drive revenue across the Northern region. You will oversee stores and channels, mentor regional teams, and collaborate with marketing, product, finance and operations to deliver cohesive regional growth.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of sales experience, with managerial experience, and a proven track record in consumer electronics or retail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in management.
• Experience in consumer electronics or retail preferred.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Achieve sales targets and manage margins for assigned product categories.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and risks.
• Drive channel readiness and oversee sell-in, sell-out, and sell-through.
• Lead and mentor regional sales teams to high performance.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, finance and operations.
• Track KPIs and prepare reports to optimize regional results.
