Job summary

Pet Universe Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an E-commerce Operations Specialist to manage daily activities across our online stores and marketplaces in Malaysia. You will optimize product listings, pricing, images and stock while coordinating with warehouse and logistics to ensure timely order fulfillment.

You will execute campaigns, monitor performance metrics and support influencer initiatives. A Diploma/Degree in a related field with 1–3 years’ experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in relevant field required.
• 1-3 years in e-commerce or marketplace management.
• Experience with Shopee/Lazada/TikTok Shop is a plus.
• Strong understanding of online marketplace operations and campaigns.
• Good analytical and reporting skills.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of e-commerce stores and marketplaces.
• Maintain/update product listings, pricing, descriptions, images and stock.
• Run campaigns, promotions, vouchers and platform activities.
• Monitor sales, orders, traffic, conversion and product performance.
• Prepare regular e-commerce sales/performance reports.
• Coordinate with warehouse/logistics to ensure timely delivery.
• Track customer reviews and enquiries on platforms.
• Assist with influencer campaigns when required.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities.
