Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an e-commerce operations professional to manage daily store activities across our online marketplaces. You will maintain product listings, pricing, descriptions, images and stock, while coordinating with warehouse teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.

The role involves managing Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and our own website, executing campaigns, monitoring performance metrics, and preparing regular sales reports to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace management.
• Experience with Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop is a plus.
• Good analytical and reporting skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the company's e-commerce stores and online marketplaces.
• Maintain and update product listings, pricing, descriptions, images and stock availability.
• Manage platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, website and other marketplaces.
• Execute online campaigns, promotions, vouchers, discounts and platform activities.
• Monitor daily sales, orders, traffic, conversion rates and product performance.
• Prepare regular e-commerce sales and performance reports.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure orders are processed and delivered on time.
• Monitor customer reviews, ratings and enquiries on marketplace platforms.
• Assist in managing affiliate, KOL and influencer campaigns where required.
• Conduct competitor and market research to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure online stores are updated, attractive and aligned with company branding.
• Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Service and Operations teams.
