Job summary

KPJ Healthcare is seeking a proactive E-commerce Operations Coordinator to manage product uploads, listings, promotions, and inventory across Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop in Malaysia.

You will coordinate campaigns, monitor performance, respond to customer inquiries, and generate sales reports while ensuring stock accuracy and SLA targets. Diploma or degree in Marketing or related field preferred, 1–2 years experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in marketing or related field.
• 1–2 years' experience in any marketplace.
• Familiar with e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
• Knowledge of e-commerce metrics, customer engagement strategies, and ad performance optimization.
• Experience in handling store operations: listing, promotions, chat management, and order fulfillment.
• Basic Excel and reporting skills.
• Good attention to detail and time management.

Responsibilities

• Manage product uploads, listings, pricing updates, and SKU maintenance across e-commerce platforms.
• Monitor marketplace performance and ensure store compliance with platform requirements.
• Support order processing, fulfillment coordination, and shipment tracking to achieve SLA targets.
• Ensure accurate product information, descriptions, specifications, and images are updated regularly.
• Campaign & Promotional Support: assist in planning and executing online campaigns, vouchers, and promotions.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with warehouse and procurement teams.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and track KPIs.
