Job summary

Pet Universe Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an E-commerce Operations Specialist to manage daily activities across our online stores and marketplaces in Malaysia. You will optimize product listings, pricing, images and stock while coordinating with warehouse and logistics to ensure timely order fulfillment.

You will execute campaigns, monitor performance metrics and support influencer initiatives. A Diploma/Degree in a related field with 1–3 years’ experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in relevant field required.
• 1-3 years in e-commerce or marketplace management.
• Experience with Shopee/Lazada/TikTok Shop is a plus.
• Strong understanding of online marketplace operations and campaigns.
• Good analytical and reporting skills.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.

Manage daily operations of the company's e-commerce stores and online marketplaces.

Maintain and update product listings, pricing, descriptions, images and stock availability.

Manage platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, website and other marketplaces.

Execute online campaigns, promotions, vouchers, discounts and platform activities.

Monitor daily sales, orders, traffic, conversion rates and product performance.

Prepare regular e-commerce sales and performance reports.

Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure orders are processed and delivered on time.

Monitor customer reviews, ratings and enquiries on marketplace platforms.

Assist in managing affiliate, KOL and influencer campaigns where required.

Conduct competitor and market research to identify opportunities for improvement.

Ensure online stores are updated, attractive and aligned with company branding.

Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Service and Operations teams.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in E-commerce, Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital commerce or marketplace management.
• Experience with Shopee Seller Centre, Lazada Seller Centre and/or TikTok Shop is an advantage.
• Understanding of online marketplace operations and campaign mechanics.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media.
• Good analytical and reporting skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
