Wicked Wave is seeking an agile E-commerce Operations role to support brand initiatives across website and marketplaces in Malaysia. You will manage product content, listings, promotions, and coordination with logistics to ensure smooth order processing.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in e-commerce or related fields, familiarity with Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, and strong cross‑team collaboration. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, with a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or similar role.
• Familiarity with online content development tools and campaign management.
• Experience managing digital channels across website and marketplaces (Shopify, Shopee, Lazada).
• Capable of working across teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Process online orders and liaise with warehouse & logistics partners.
• Attend to customer inquiries and provide good service.
• Create and update website products and content and listings on marketplaces.
• Maintain accurate product catalog on all Marketplaces and own website.
• Collaborate to set up products and promotions online.
• Build and maintain promotional tools and campaigns.
