Job summary

Wicked Wave Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks an E-commerce Operations Specialist to support online initiatives across marketplaces and its own site. You will process orders, coordinate with warehousing and logistics, and ensure timely customer responses.

You will maintain product catalogs on Shopify, Shopee, and Lazada, update content, and assist with promotions. A collaborative, fast-paced environment offers growth and exposure to multiple channels.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or similar capacity (fresh grads encouraged).
• Familiarity with online content development tools and campaign management.
• Experience managing digital channels across website and marketplaces (Shopify, Shopee, Lazada).
• Capable of working across different teams and stakeholders.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to changes.
• Team worker and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with Shopify and marketplaces would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of E-Commerce initiatives for the brand.
• Process online orders and liaise with warehouse and logistics partners.
• Attend to customers’ inquiries and provide good customer service.
• Create, update and ensure proper website products and content and listings on various Marketplaces.
• Maintain an accurate product catalog on all Marketplaces and own website.
• Collaborate across marketing, design, and operations to set up new products and promotions online.
• Build and maintain promotional tools and campaigns (promo codes, gifts with purchase, online brand day).
• Manage the web merchandising operations calendar base.
• Create merchandising messages and seasonal assortments aligned with brand strategy.
• Run analyses of product/marketing campaigns.
• Help build short-term and long-term product roadmaps.
