Job summary

Royal Canin is seeking an E‑Commerce Manager to drive growth across Malaysia and Singapore’s online stores. You will lead strategy, budget allocation, and cross‑functional collaboration to deliver GMV, revenue and profit targets while optimizing campaigns with major platforms.

The role requires strong leadership, marketplace experience, and a data‑driven approach to continuously improve online performance and customer experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in ecommerce, digital marketing or KAM.
• Experience with online marketplaces (Lazada, Shopee, TikTokShop).
• Ability to develop and execute growth strategies across MYSG.

Responsibilities

• Define resources and investments to grow Royal Canin online stores in Malaysia & Singapore.
• Own GMV, revenue and profitability targets for e-commerce channels.
• Develop JBPs with major platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTokShop).
• Lead pricing, promotions, and assortment strategies for online channels.
• Negotiate trading terms and investment levels to maximize ROIs.
• Coordinate with platform partners to ensure campaign execution and KPI delivery.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Deliver monthly dashboards on sales, traffic, conversion and ROAS.
