Job summary

PrimeStaff Management Services in Malaysia is seeking a Business Development Manager, Platforms, to open the platform market and drive growth across Malaysia and Singapore. You will identify operations leaders, secure initial sites, and transition mature accounts to the account management team.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of B2B sales experience in e-commerce/logistics.
• Established relationships with operations leaders at major platforms/3PL.
• Proven record closing multi-site, high-volume deals.
• Solid understanding of labour-cost structures (EPF/SOCSO/EIS).
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Malaysian work rights; travel to Singapore 1–2 days/week.

Responsibilities

• Market development and prospecting across Malaysia and Singapore.
• Design and run paid site trials with price and SLAs.
• Negotiate MSAs and rate cards; maintain CRM and forecasts.
