Job summary

DKSH Malaysia is seeking a Senior Executive, eCommerce to drive online growth for Consumer Goods. You will coordinate merchandising, promotions, and stock fulfilment with e-retailers, analyse data, and develop plans to hit sales targets while building brand equity.

You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to optimize online channels, monitor budgets, and explore new opportunities in mobile, social, and cross-border trade.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in a similar role at an e-commerce platform or distributor.
• Digital savvy with knowledge of e-commerce models, operations, and technology.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills; familiarity with SAP is an advantage.
• Good finance and accounting knowledge with hands-on experience in business processes.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with consumer-first approach and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Plan and assist in merchandising and promotion campaigns for online channels and manage promotions with e-commerce players.
• Manage stock fulfilment and maintain promotion pricing on SAP across e-retailers and marketplaces.
• Develop business, marketing, and operational plans to achieve sales targets.
• Build brand equity with clients across e-commerce platforms and monitor marketing outcomes.
• Monitor Advertising and Promotions budget and handle trade claims within terms.
• Identify new online opportunities, negotiate with platforms and partners, and expand channels.
• Maintain price records and reduce costs and P&L risks, with accurate financial reconciliation.
