About the role

Alma Technology Sdn Bhd is seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-commerce Executive/Manager to join our team in Puchong Jaya, Selangor. This is a full-time position that plays a pivotal role in driving our online retail strategy and maximising digital sales performance. As an E-commerce Executive/Manager, you will be at the forefront of our digital transformation, overseeing the management and optimisation of our online store operations. This role is essential to our growth objectives and will give you the opportunity to lead key initiatives that directly impact our market presence and revenue generation in the competitive e-commerce landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of the e-commerce platform, including product listings, inventory management, and order fulfilment processes
• Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to increase online sales, conversion rates, and customer engagement
• Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rates, average order value, and customer retention metrics
• Optimise product pages, website functionality, and user experience to enhance the customer journey and drive sales
• Manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, social media, and paid advertising
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• Manage supplier relationships and negotiate pricing to maintain healthy profit margins
• Train and supervise e-commerce team members, providing guidance on best practices and performance standards
• Prepare regular reports and presentations on e-commerce performance for senior management

What we're looking for

• 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce management, online retail, or digital store operations
• Proven track record of increasing online sales and improving conversion rates
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms
• Experience with digital marketing tools and strategies, including Google Analytics, SEO, and social media marketing
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions
• Strong organisational and project management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments
• Leadership experience and the ability to motivate and manage team members effectively
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and verbal)
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
