Commerceplus is seeking an Ecommerce Executive to drive revenue growth across assigned brands. You will be trained in Commerceplus growth planning methods and execute promotions from acquisition to retention across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and Shopify.

You will operate campaign setups, promotions, and store updates within SOPs, while collaborating with digital media, content creators and designers to deliver compelling campaigns.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field.
• Able to work Monday - Friday (On-Site).
• Standby to support during Peak Days and Brand Campaign Days.
• Resourceful and strong drive to solve problems effectively and independently.
• Results- and detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong written communication skills and Excel skills.
• Experience in marketplace seller centers and multichannel ecommerce software is an advantage.
• Strong desire to learn new skills through on‑the‑job coaching and training.

Responsabilités

• Deliver revenue growth for the brands assigned to you and support growth through Commerceplus growth planning methods.
• Plan, set up, optimize and track consumer acquisition activities across marketplaces such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and Shopify.
• Operate promotional campaigns, assortment updates and store changes within defined SOPs across marketplaces.
• Market the store to the right customers and collaborate with digital media, content creators and designers to generate campaigns.
• Manage campaigns and budgets and work with specialist teams to execute exciting campaigns for your brands.

Job Description

As an Ecommerce Executive, you will be responsible to deliver revenue growth for the brands assigned to you. You will be trained and integrated into the Commerceplus Ecommerce Growth Planning and Execution methods. Your work revolves around PLAN | You constantly seek sales growth for the brands and love being in the thick of all the action from acquisition to retention. Being an Ecommerce Exec, your main task is to plan and execute promotion plans across all platforms that your brand is in. This means planning, setup, optimizing and tracking consumer acquisition activities across online marketplaces such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and Shopify.

OPERATE | Organized, prompt and an eye for details, that’s what peers know you for. You take ownership on the operational tasks across marketplace platforms and Ecommerce platforms for campaign setups, promotion execution, assortment optimization and store updates within defined Standard Operating Procedures.

MARKET | Market your store to the right customers. Utilize Commerceplus approaches and the seller tools available to plan promotions and reach out to customers. You will be involved in marketplace campaigns, budgeting and work with the specialist teams such as digital media specialists, content creators and creative designers to generate exciting campaigns and content for the brands you manage.
