Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce management or online retail.
• Proven track record of increasing online sales and improving conversion rates.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Experience with Google Analytics, SEO and social media marketing.
• Excellent data interpretation and decision-making skills.
• Organised, multi-tasking with strong project management ability.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of the e-commerce platform, including product listings, inventory management, and order fulfilment.
• Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to increase online sales, conversion rates, and customer engagement.
• Monitor KPIs like traffic, conversion rates, AOV, and customer retention.
• Optimise product pages, site functionality and user experience to drive sales.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns across channels including email, social, and paid ads.
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely order processing and delivery.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage supplier relationships and negotiate pricing to maintain margins.
• Train and supervise e-commerce team members and set performance standards.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations on e-commerce performance for senior management.
