Job summary

JNJ Distribution Sdn Bhd is seeking an E‑Commerce Executive to manage online sales channels, including website and app shop, and to create digital content for brand presence.

You will oversee listings, pricing, stock, orders, and promotions while coordinating with logistics. The role also involves social media content creation and promotional design to boost engagement and sales.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in E-Commerce, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience is preferred.
• Experience with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, website or app shop is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Cap Cut or other graphic/video editing tools.
• Creative, proactive and interested in social media and digital content.
• Good communication, organizational and time management skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company's e-commerce platforms, website and app shop, including product listings, pricing, stock and promotions.
• Manage daily online orders, customer enquiries, order fulfilment and coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team.
• Create and manage social media content, including short videos, product videos and promotional content.

• Monitor online sales, product performance, competitors and market trends, and prepare basic sales reports.
• Assist in planning and executing online campaigns, promotions and marketing activities to increase sales and engagement.
• Perform other related e-commerce and digital marketing duties as assigned by management.
